This study aims to be an indispensable tool for monitoring the positioning of insurance companies taking into account the vision of customers and potential customers.
This is a Survey entirely dedicated to the theme INSURANCE. We listened to the opinion of those over 20 years old, from the ABC stratum, in Luanda, Benguela, Huambo and Huíla.
Around 1535 interviews were carried out, seeking to find out:
The image of insurance companies in the minds of respondents (Which is the best? Which has the best prices?)
Having insurance (Do you have any insurance? Which one? With which insurer?)
Reasons for choosing the insurance company Ways to contact the insurance company (Do you go to the Agency? Which one? Do you use the call center?)
Reason for not having insurance? Reason for canceling insurance?
The notoriety of Angolan insurance companies (Which insurance companies do you know/hear about?)
The image of insurance companies in the minds of respondents (Which is the best? Which has the best prices?)
